I've been a Life is Strange fan since the first game in 2016 and have played the first game multiple times, and even though it is very nice to see Max back, this game isn't really anything to write home about.

Even if we ignore the out of character writing of Max and (determinant) Chloe, there are tonal and thematic inconsistencies not just between this game and the first game and Before the Storm, but inside it's own story too.
The story is pretty underwhelming in general, and despite a really cool first 3 episodes, everything completely falls off in episode 4 and goes from "Fun but not really Life is Strange" to "Boring and inconsistent".

I expected better from Deck Nine, because in Before the Storm and True Colors, even if they didn't stick the landing with their respective endings, the story was interesting and had a lot of soul, something that this game is lacking.

Amazing fun game, a little buggy and was hoping for a fix by now, but those are easily solvable with a quick google search.
Demolishing nazis feels amazing.

I've been waiting for this game for over 3 years, and it was absolutely worth the wait.
I am usually absolutely horrible with platformers, but this game's feel and controls are so good that i managed to play relatively well, with only one hand, and my non dominant hand at that.

Absolutely recommended, i think i found my favorite game of 2023.

A beautiful remaster of one of my favorite games, that somehow looks even better than it's sister remaster of Life is Strange 1, despite it running on the less graphically capable Unity engine while the other runs on the more "powerful" Unreal Engine 4 (see comparison of the grass in Blackwell in BtS against the same grass in LiS1 - it's like night and day, but they're both still gorgeous).

A really good remaster for one of my favorite games ever, you might experience some small visual glitches, but nothing that will ruin your immersion.

One of my absolute favorite games of all time, yeah it is a visual novel but it's in the same high level "masterpiece" category for me as Fallout: New Vegas is when it comes to compelling story
