"Except for those who take refuge with a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty or those who come to you, their hearts strained at [the prospect of] fighting you or fighting their own people. And if Allah had willed, He could have given them power over you, and they would have fought you. So if they remove themselves from you and do not fight you and offer you peace, then Allah has not made for you a cause [for fighting] against them."—Quran 4:90

"And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord but turns away from then and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance - they will never be guided, then - ever." — Quran 18:57

"Here you are - those invited to spend in the cause of Allah - but among you are those who withhold [out of greed]. And whoever withholds only withholds [benefit] from himself; and Allah is the Free of need, while you are the needy. And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you. — Quran 47:38

"Indeed, [O Moḥammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided." — Quran 28:56

for the sake of Islam and justice and freedom, it is the duty of every believer who is capable, to wage jihad against the tyrannical oppressors who kill innocent women and children, this is a command from allah, this includes all forms of jihad against those who abuse and kill women and children, whether it be a soldier carrying a rifle on the battlefield, or a hacker waging cyber warfare against child abusers, or an activist speaking up against violations of human rights and injustice, it is your duty to wage jihad against all extremists and oppressors. however, you do not need to be muslim to stand up for justice and freedom, you only need to be human, so be silent when children are asleep, and not when they die. for the one who is silent in the face of oppression and injustice, is on the side of the oppressor; there is no fence
