TOTAL HELLDIVER VICTORY

With the decision revoked, the doors for many Helldivers now remains open! Another victory for managed democracy, and for Helldivers throughout the galaxy!

I spent 3 nights with friends defending our military base from the entire population of Bedford Falls descending upon it due to the helicopter showing up 3 nights in a row. Would recommend both Modded/Vanilla and Solo/MP. Its an absolute blast to play!

I hate playing this game, I'll just put that up first. Wish a neutral rating was available

But I always find myself wanting to scratch that itch for glorious melee combat, to feel the satisfaction of crushing a skull or decapitating them. However I have to push my way through all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥; hits that don't register, weapons that feel like absolute cheese, players that know how to move and abuse animations so they can't be predicted etc.

These are just some of the reasons why I hate playing this game at times but the true reason why I won't recommend is that players who find themselves fresh to the game will have to contest with veterans who already know the game inside and out. This also means players who come back after a while will also being getting their arses handed to them too.

So if you do plan on getting this game, make sure to try and sink some time into it so that you can get a proper feel. If you don't like getting your ass handed on a platter every time you try to fight someone, then maybe its not such a good idea to grab it..

1000hrs is a lot of time. Time well spent playing this brilliant bloody game.
