World Tour is fun, Battle Hub is cool but god there are some serious balancing issues, but as to be expected from the 2nd or so week I believe hopefully balancing out Marisa comes soon, her damage is busted and having to turtle to outplay a Marisa is hot garbage and not fun. Also Manon's command grabs are OP as ♥♥♥♥ with incredible range. Overall good game but online play is a mixed bag right now because there's just a huge imbalance between power and skill versus power and cheese

inb4 (((skill issue)))

7/10 (most of it is online play which is again a mixed bag)

will review again when a balance patch comes out

Absolute improvement over the first game. I loved the first game for it's aesthetic, not much it's gameplay. A deeply flawed experience but masterpiece in art direction. This game fixes those flaws in this sequel. ATB is way better and I often found myself losing track of time playing the game. OST is always kickass, as usual. Also Hinako is back, and playable. Would recommend, this is a worthwhile game to play if there's nothing else to do.

While I am not too fond of turn based JRPGs anymore (I can get down with real time RPG), this was something I had since 2018 that I never finished due to life and my backlog grew longer and longer; I finally decided enough was enough and put aside time to this game. It's nothing but girls in this game, which I'm more than okay with (cuz girls are cute). The OST is outstanding. Gameplay consists of chapters with each major event taking place after some filler missions (gather, defeat x amount of specific enemies, craft x item and talk to x character) which do get very repetitive. Non story spoilers but still game progression requirement spoilers: You're gonna need 1000 points to be able to finish the game. Once you get that, stop doing missions unless you're aiming for completion. I think the level requirement was around 45, but to get levels other through missions, level up friendships with other girls. Combat is turn based, and depending on who you are, this is either incredibly bad or you're alright with it. Story warms your heart for sure. All in all, good game, but is a real slog at times. I read in another review that this game is a 'slow burn' game. I 100% agree with that statement and I will say buy this if you're prepared to sink some time into mission grinding. That and if you like cute anime girls with that distinctive Koei Tecmo/Atelier Ryza (((physics))). ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Super fun game. Really fun, actually had more fun playing this than Tekken 7. Unfortunately, I started getting crashes for no reason this week. CTDs after playing for like, 6 minutes. Tried all the guides to see if that helps, and it doesn't. For that I cannot give it a positive review. It's alright though, I plan on getting a PS5 soon for SF6 and T8 in the case there isn't crossplay and I'll play on that platform instead. It's not my specs, either, I have a relatively high end PC. Odd, because the first week or so after buying Champion Edition I had 0 crashes.

Also, it's good to see the game is good now that there's actual content as opposed to back then.

*****EDIT: I found the source of the crashes. Steam's Extended driver for Xbox Elite Series 2 when in wireless mode is god awful and conflicts with the game and causes crashes. Disable it and it no longer crashes. Either way, now that the source of the issue is gone, I can now give the game a positive review and perhaps help anyone else who is experiencing crashes.*****

A complete remaster and refresh of the original Graze Counter game with added content, achievements. Support the developers because they did a fine job remaking the game from what seems to be like the ground up. Hoping for another game in the series, that'd be pretty cool.

My only gripe is that not all characters play like the original. Hayate actively rewarded players for grazing in the original, but now she plays like all the other ships. Unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Yakuza: Like a Refund. I never signed up to play an RPG nor was I in the mood to play. I played through the entire game. True Millenium Tower and beat the entire game on Legend. All job skills 99. I tried really hard to like Ichiban, but I just hated his version of rags to riches. I groaned every time he ♥♥♥♥♥ something up, and the most enjoyment was Kiryu knocking the ♥♥♥♥ out of him. Judgement just does it way better. It's a real slog from start to finish thanks to the RPG elements, especially since it's not ATB. 2/10 would not recommend. Just play Judgement or watch a playthrough, because this game does tie into Yakuza 6 story element wise.

Better frame stability than Yakuza 0. Also, this game makes you work for power. Not that it's a bad thing, there is a really good progression system to this game using XP instead of money for every ability unlock. Not as good as 0, but it's good in it's own right.

Amazing game, amazing OST, HOWEVER the game is horribly optimized for PC, but I will help explain the fixes to make this game run as smooth as possible. If you're running a newer computer, it's gonna be really odd to play with hitching, stuttering, and all of the things that make PC gaming not enjoyable without proper fixes. So far I found that having any Bluetooth device disconnect makes the game hitch for a solid 3 seconds regardless of what you do. Easiest way to fix this is to make your devices wired or turn them off. Another problem is audio stutter. This can easily be solved to completely remove the audio stutter by going into your %APPDATA%\Sega\Yakuza0 folder to find the config files, open Audio.ini and setting both of the audio settings (StereoMode, AudioMode) to 1. Another fix for Yakuza 0 is to get a program called Special K. This helps with framepacing and generally making the game smoother. The last and final, but ***best*** fix for this game to help with any random stuttering, is to make sure the game only uses at MOST 8 threads. For some odd reason, Yakuza 0 (at least from what I experienced, I use a Ryzen 7 1800X which is AMD) doesn't like when you use more than 8 threads. The easiest way to do this is to get a program that handles usage of applications, or to use Task Manager and to set the affinity to use only 8 threads. Personally I use a program called Process Lasso which is really helpful in general, but anything works as long as Yakuza 0 doesn't use more than 8 threads at once. All in all, amazing game, but not optimized very well for PC.
