Path of Exile 2 (POE2) is the opposite of Path of Exile (POE). POE is a power fantasy; its sequel is a power drought, or rather a power dream, as in you'll be dreaming of power the entire time instead of actually feeling powerful. This game is much more akin to Dark Souls in essence, and it really should've been named Ruthless 2. That'll be for some people; it definitely isn't for me, and I have 10000 hours in POE.

Also, they've had three balance changes at time of writing, and guess what? In typical Ruthless fashion, it's three NERFS. Read: NERFS TO SKILLS in a climate where people are already complaining about player power. You can't make it up. Ruthless 2.
