I owned this game for two years and and played intermittently. Then the Rockstar Games Launcher came out and the game would no longer launch due to error code 134. I decided to just wait it out and assumed they would fix the issue in a patch. Nope. In February when the game still wouldn't launch, I contacted Rockstar support. February 12th was the first day I chatted with someone. It is now March 18th and I have yet to have the issue resolved after being tossed around between so many support staff. When I requested a refund from Rockstar, they told me that, since the problem was a fixable issue, they couldn't issue a refund. However, if the problem is so fixable, why is it still not fixed? I am not pleased. This whole experience has tarnished my view of Rockstar. I planned to buy Red Dead 2 when it came to PC. Not so much anymore though.
