failed to initialize steam.tried to fix it,cant fix it,plz fix

I fixed it by putting a text folder inside with the some number in it and change the screen resalution,but still for a remastered game it should not have game crashing bug like this

Like the combat of this game,but this game doesnt have enought active sever right now,maby because of the age of the game.wish for a sequel

Just install the game, realise you all the major gameplay element is missing, realise you need all the dlc

which is over $783(hkd)
