It's fun.
Though I wish there was dynamic hosting. That way if the host leaves not everyone is kicked out.

What's the point of music you can only access through a hyper-specific program?
You can't even play a song while you look through the art book, you have to specifically be on the music player menu. This is garbage.
Not worth the extra price unless you really want that digital art book.

Game modes outside of the main campaign feel unbalanced and unfair, relying mostly on luck and brute force. But the main campaign is pretty fun with good balancing, and will last you a good while. Strategizing and building up your lawn defense is addicting and seeing it in effect as you mow down hordes of Zombies is extremely satisfying.

The game is fine. I beat it on the Switch, but the PC version doesn't seem any different. It's just another classic series Mega Man game. The stage design is good, the graphics are good, the character design and overall art direction is good, the sound design is okay, the music is pretty good, and the voice acting is okay. But, given the game's content and short runtime, it's overall not really worth 30 dollars. It does, however, frequently go on sale for around 10, which I would say is definitely worth it.

So the game is good. Why am I leaving a negative review? Uh, I just personally don't like it. I feel like 10 was a wonderful leave-off for the classic series, having 3 playable characters and difficulties. Mega Man 10 is highly replayable and a preferable game in my opinion. I always thought that if they ever made another classic series Mega Man game, it would have to be very final.

So, with Mega Man 10 being so good, what do they do to try and top it? Well, they add a new gimmick. You can slow down time or buff up your buster shots with only a button press. It's difficult to get used to and unsatisfying to use. Yeah, I personally dislike the new gimmick. I've never really liked gimmicks like this in video games.
The game was designed so that you could beat it without using the gimmick but trying to play without it would be stupid since a lot of the stage design is designed around it.

Bosses have a berserk mode, this is another new thing in 11. I also dislike this. I think it would be okay if it didn't give them an entirely new health bar, but as it stands it's just frustrating and annoying to deal with -- because while the bosses are in this berserk mode I feel like all progress in this boss fight has halted because I have to deal with this new berserk mode.

Okay now that I talked about what IS in this game, let me talk about what's NOT in it.

There aren't enough checkpoints. Only 3 checkpoints was fine in the NES games since the stages were short but the stages in this game are about twice the length. I appreciate difficult games but despise having to reset progress constantly. It's just not worth getting all the way to the boss and getting a game over and having to restart. It's actually very frustrating, having this happen. Moreso than in the NES games.

Here is something only longtime fans will care about: Bass and Proto Man aren't in the game. I don't just mean as playable characters -- they aren't a part of this game at all. It's a damn shame because I love the robot trio. Mega Man, Proto Man, and Bass. They were always a pleasant sight to see. Proto Man with his whistle tune and helpful power-ups. Bass, with his cool theme song and awesome boss fights. They're just completely absent. Characters, that I believe, are iconic to the series, just gone. Like a Mario game without Luigi or Toad. Like a Sonic game without Tails or Knuckles. It's just a shame.

Okay time to nitpick. 11 is a weird number. Couldn't they have just dropped the numbering system at this point? It makes people feel pressured to play the first 10 games before this one -- which is a lot and not everybody will want to do. Seeing how back-to-basics this plot is, not adding to any of the previous games in any way, the numbering isn't really necessary and just hinders its potential playerbase, I believe.

This just isn't a Mega Man game I would personally play over and over again like I would with Mega Man 1, 2, 4, 6, and 10. Give us a new Mega Man ZX game, I would play the hell out of that. A new Mega Man X would be good, too ... at least to wrap up the story with that series. Also the Gameboy games! Give us a collection with the handheld games! The 3DS Eshop is down, my old 3DS that had the games broke, and I wanna play them!

Okayokay time to wrap up:
You can't jump through doors. 0/10.

I played and loved the original version of Ib. I wanted to get this remake, seeing as I enjoyed the Mad Father remake. Seeing the Ib remake is double the price of the Mad Father remake, I expected more substantial content. I was wrong to expect this. The game is just the original with fancy lighting and new character portraits that I dislike the look of. No extras. There is only one achievement for the game as oppose to Mad Father's numerous achievements. The new puzzles are a nice improvement but every other drawback tells me that the 12 dollars is not worth it. If this game ever goes on sale, it might be worth picking up. At full price, as is? I do not think it is worth it, seeing as the original is still free. Buy the Mad Father remake instead, a lot more love and attention was put into it.

A short game that's not anything more than it needs to be. The character dialog seems to kind of melt together since it's all written very similarly and some of the jumpscares invoke laughter in me rather than fear but at least laughter means I'm feeling something. I appreciate that the game lets us figure out certain story or character aspects on our own without straight-up telling us. The story is nothing spectacular but I enjoyed it for what it is. I also enjoyed exploring the mansion and basement, and I liked the puzzles. The doll maker and museum are nice touches. I overall really enjoyed the game
