Great remake of an all time great game. Balances horror, tension and action really well. Lots of content to dive into and amazing graphics, the lighting in particular really enhances the atmosphere. Overall they've done well to modernize and update the game while maintaining the charm and spirit of the original game.

This game oozes charm and positions itself uniquely blending deckbuilding, dating sims and the potion building aspects. However there are plenty of reviews documenting the shortcomings that hold it back from being a truly great game; this should be a cult classic with a strong following however the time constraints create a sense of urgency and stress which isn't necessarily bad however the lack of an endless mode means this game never reaches a point of being relaxing and fun betraying the whimsical and light-hearted facade.

It's a good game, I've had fun with it but it feels like a missed opportunity that they can still address but it's been long enough I'm not holding my breath.

Easy 100% achievement 8)

Played from start to finish over a couple of days off with illness. Fun, short and engaging story focused game with novel mechanics. Game has aged relatively well, there's a lot of collectables that I think detract from the main experience but are easy enough to 100% if you follow a guide first time through.

Game deserves more love, overall very polished; hotel management side is well done and pretty unique amongst adult games (also ties in to other aspects of the game well - shopping, H scenes, story etc.), great art and aesthetic, good audio and music, good writing (decent story, detailed descriptions that compliment the animations), has gallery mode, regular updates every ~1-2 months.

One of the first H games I decided to try and honestly set the bar too high and many other have paled in comparison which is why I thought it was worth writing a review, especially since it looks like Quickie doesn't seem to get the recognition amongst adult games and it definitely deserves it. Even if it's not your thing the quality is so much higher than the vast majority of games and there's plenty of content in there, you do have to work for it though - it is a game and treats the experience as such before anything else.

Great sequel, built on everything I loved about the original and I really enjoyed the approach to storytelling.

Good port of an all time great game. It's aged very well compared to older JRPGs and would 100% recommend playing in 2022 for first time players.

Good music good art, good gameplay, great storytelling and options that allow for more casual gamers while still posing a strong challenge for the more hardcore.

I really like that each run feels unique and not wasted. A full run isn't too long that I feel comfortable for short game sessions as well as longer when I have more time.

Only in early access but all indications are that there will be great support and the base gameplay is addictive and engaging.
