its the best they really out did there self and i think its better then the first one (911 operator) it runs smoothly and there are videos at the loading screen witch the other one did not have i would give it 100 out of 100 if i could its the best game i ever played so far

its very fun plus you can do all kinds of things, like get mods for it and dlc's. i like have every dlc they came out with but i sometimes get bored of the game when i keep playing it like for a few hours but its still fun no mater what.
