The government want us to think they are under the same rules as other animals, like dogs for example. Then why is it that everytime i walk down a central city road i almost step in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥??? It is actually illegal(!) to not pick up after your dog when he makes amends with his food, why is it any different for horses? If anything dogs should be the sharter not picked up since horses ♥♥♥♥ TEN TIMES THE AMOUNT?!?
