Max is retired as a moderator. And although this person "teh pwn" is (currently?) is prevalent, not very aggressive in his/her insults. There are far worse trols. I too took a shot back yesterday, but don't fully engage, it's attention (s)he's after. Full engagement makes it worse.

Hello, I really need help with my rockstar account, As you can see it is in my steam but I can't prove to Rockstar support team that I am owner, the keep shutting the ticket without explaing what went wrong so I can fix it, I can't afford to pay GTA5 and RDR2 again. Please Im begging what can I do
