Infested with cheaters. Forced to play face-it to have a decent experience.

The game punishes you for being good. If you hit a nutty frag.. you get reported. If it happens enough. Which trust me it does. Then your trust factor goes red and you get placed in hvh lobbies because you're "good". So the good players cant play, the bad players cant play. Why even play.
