Graphics are absolutely stunning compared to the previous horizon game, but theres quite a lot of crashes and bugs happening here and there, the game isn't quite polished yet, but it's still much more enjoyable compared to its predecessor. If you don't plan on putting hundreds of hours into the game i'd recommend sticking with the standard edition though, the premium edition is quite expensive.
