ZOOM Server is Re-opening!

Today we are happy to announce that the Zoom Combat Surf server is officially re-opening. But before we do that, we still need to do some testing!

By joining the server early you'll be able to help us out with minor bug fixes. You could also suggest your ideas on our discord server to improve the server for you and other players.



For quality and performance, we added the following things to our server:

• Custom knives, guns and gloves
  
• Speed records
  
• Hitmarker and hitsound customization
  
• Damage indicator customization
  
• Hit registration fix for precise shooting from any distance at any velocity
  
• Lag compensation to create a good time for both low and high ping players
  
• Redie, to let you respawn in ghost mode while you are dead
  
• Custom loading screens for all maps
  
• Quake sounds, which you can turn on / off
  
• FFA (the server will automatically go in Team v Team mode once it reaches a certain amount of players to avoid spam. Some of the more strategic oldschool maps like Xiv will have teams automatically.
  
• Player models are colored red for better visibility
  
• Rank system with K/D to show the best players on the server
  
• Nospread settings. But at the start of each map, players get the option to vote for either Nospread or Spread (dropshot) settings.
  
• Let's not forget about !rtv and !nominate, to vote for your favorite maps
