The Yanshe Doth Cometh!

Hail! The item case system has been updated to account for the new 'exotic' rarity sets: The Winterking, Paag Dashunk & The Yam Whisperer - sets which eschew higher stats in favour of unique and gamechanging properties. The unboxing chance is 7.25%, and as a result Legendary tier items have been made 4.125% rarer, and will no longer drop with guaranted modifiers at a 3.125% rate.

A new 'Ensorcelled' case modifier has also been added, which has a 100% chance at rare items and above. This can be coupled with the 'Elder' modifier, and adds an additional cost of 300 wealth to the case.
