I would like to bet on Penta here but with their new lineup they're 0-8 vs tier one teams and only managed to get around 8 rounds a map in those games. Also Penta doesn't really play Overpass so I can't imagine they'll out strategize NiP here.

Dignitas has actually done quite well vs TSM and other tier one teams on Cache. They're 2-1 vs TSM and 5-5 overall vs tier one teams. However they haven't been playing all that well these past few weeks so I'm a bit hesitant to give them more than 30-35% here.
