*Rules,Notices*
1.There are two alliances: Allies (America,British Empire,French Resistance) Axis (Germany,Japan,Italy,Russia)
2.Russia and other nations start out independant Russia picks an alliance.
3.You can only take 2 territories a week.
4.You can not declare war on any Nations in your alliance enless you leave the alliance.
5.You must have a good reason to declare war any of the following reasons will not be excepted ( to get active,you dont like there leader)

*Income and military set up*
1.You start out +200000 money,3 armys for a small nation,5 for a medium nation,and BE and only BE gets 7 to start,you get no navies.You get only 1 Air Force max 30 planes.
2.Trade think of 2-3 resources 1000 each and a trade agreement is 1500.
3.A navy cost 15000 army 10000 to build more planes after yours die 20000.
4.An army takes 5 days to build,navy takes 10 days,and a plane 15.
5.Each army is 5000 to maintain so subtract how many you got to your money and do it every Sunday,Navy is 10000,Air Force 15000.
6.~Sunday Income System~
Every Sunday you will add up ur trade and resources and then subtract ur military spendings and then add whats left to your money.
