Warfare Update 3 Notes

Additions:
- Added UConomy.
- Added ingame shop.
- Added death messages.

BEAR new assault rifle:
Currently I'm deciding whether or not to change the current standard issue assault rifle for BEAR. As some of you may know, in terms of stats, the Zubeknakov is the best assault rifle in the game, beating out others in terms of DPS, aimed accuracy, and ROF. Next update I will change the standard assault rifle to the Nightraider, which is more on par with the Maplestrike that USEC uses.
