Updates while server was down.

Did some fixes on the point shop, Hats N Shit are no longer glitchy, they stay in place. Even when your moving lol.

Surf Gamemode coming soon: (We had some fatal errors just before the server went down two weeks ago). I'm working on it. We should have surf installed and running by Monday...
