GMOD REVAMP

It is time to have gmod make its way back into community leadership, for the time being I will be focusing on getting this program rolling and on its feet. This will be my main way of communitcation so if you would check this frequently that would be great.

Few things to get out of the way...

1. Best time to schedule a meeting
-I will be hosting a meeting some time during the week for us to get to gether and discuss what needs to be done, but I need to know what time works best for you all. I was thinking either friday nights or sunday evenings, but let me know if that wont work.

2. Getting more CL members
-We need to get more people involved in community leadership so I will need a list of some people you believe would fit well into CL.

3. Recruitment
-Gmod is full of people that can be recruited into tango, we need to capitalize on that and get it up and running.

4. Suggestions
-I need help from you guys to set the foundation of the gmod community leadership division, so any ideas or thoughts that you have please let me know.

Thank you for your time, if this becomes sucessful in the next few weeks we will make ourselfs set for the next few months.

Official Goals

Recruitment:
-We will be aiming for 2 people every 2 weeks into Tango. This includes helping them apply, if necessary. To make keeping track of everybody easier, we ask that you comment which friends you have helped into Tango under a discussion post in this group.

Main Servers:
-Washcloth will be creating some discussions in this group, one pertaining to which server(s) you are mainly active on. We ask that you post in the comments, please try to only post once, also, to keep it clean.

Communication:
-We all will be stressing the importance of communication between eachother, we are all .cL because we share common interests in Tango and the servers. If anything from an issue, to a new idea comes to any of us, we need to make it a priority to communicate with one another. This will help us move forward, making our duties easier and more effective.

Activity:
-Each one of us will be expected to be active and friendly, on the forums and on the servers. If something comes up, or if some IRL things prevent activity, please let Sinister, Washcloth, and/or Shinichi know.

Reputation:
-We have been accepted into .cL because of our positive reps in Tango. Reputation includes being fun and friendly; it is vital we act as role models to the other people on Tango. This includes being polite and handling situations/conflicts to the best of our abilities.

Our number 1 focus needs to be communication, if we communicate all the other goals will come as a breeze. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sinister or Shinichi.
