I think a person can always improve on their profile no matter how it looks. I would suggest you integrate your profile picture with the background. Also, maybe change the font in your custom info box. The space bars are barely visible and it might be hard, especially for non native speakers to read.
I use this website[www.messletters.com] for fonts. You can keep the profile picture. What I mean is connect the background with the profile picture just like you did with your artwork.
The exact same way as you would do for an artwork. Use some sort of editing program. Paste the background, crop everything off at the exact position and add the wolf logo. Then upload it as your profile picture on steam.
