sm_votemute is available to all players, you can use it as it is or specify a name too like !votemute tom288
VIP players can no longer mute or unmute
admins can use sm_disablecp and sm_enablecp to enable / disable all control points. They will stay like that until a map reset which occuts either when the map changes, the server restarts or the server is empty.
