I've got banned while a year break from TF2

After a year (more than) My last game on server was in august 2017. When i tried to join i saw a Permament Banned for dupplicated account... Idk what does it means and why i got actually banned. I want to say than in 7 july 2018 i had a hacker attack and my account got in to russian guy hands (I have screenshots proof) for 24h. But he was playing CS:GO mostly so i don't think that is his fault. Maybe i did something then but its not possible because rocket jump helped me so much with rocket jumping and i really love this community. But now i have perma for thing i dont know or remember. I dunno if this is a place for it, but admins doesn't respond to my email with ban apply.

We've gone ahead and unbanned you.

Rare cases like this will happen where you somehow end up with the same IP as a previously banned player.

hey, i feel like i've been banned for the same reason. i haven't played on any jumpacademy maps in a good few months, and now i'm playing a bit again it's told me that i've been banned when i havent even been active. i've checked the sourcebans list with my steam ID and my steam nickname and nothing shows up. really annoying cos jumpacademy servers are the most common servers in my area and being banned from them really limits my choices :/
