After playing awhile on this server I found a few things to be semi annoying:
- "Rock the Vote is not allowed yet".
- Endless map extend by donators.

My suggestion would be to:
- Remove the time before your allowed to Rtv
- Limit how many times a map can be extended e.g. 2
