So recently we have had some concers with the activity and how many SGT-SGM we have had on and we are going to begin to impliment things into the battalion that will make this better.

To begin, this link (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mtY3X8eB_kLFY7aHJug8RSuv10sTqa-DDCBIYrhvK9Q/edit) gives a pretty good representation of what each rank is expected to do and the standards we want them to uphold themselves to. This document will be a living document witch means that it will be continuously edited when we need to add new things. We want you to look at this document if you have any questions on what youshould be doing at the rank you may be at.

Second, with time we are going to start to have higher expectation of our SGT-SGM ranks. The reason for this is because those ranks are as important as the officer ranks in rebuilding the battalion. We will have expectaions of the people in those ranks and if someone isn't living up to what we expect then action will be taken. SGT-SGM are some of the biggest role models in the battalion, they need to be the people that the PVT-LCPL ranks look at and see how they should one day become. I know ass a lower SGT rank you are still learning and growing but as you rank up the expectaion for yourself will grow and this goes for every single rank.

Finally, it isimportant to Blitz and myself that everone is living up to outr expectations of how we want the battalion to be looked at. With saying that we are going to begin to start making sure people know how they are supposed to act. We are not just another attack battalion, we are the best of the best. We need to look like that to everyone else as well. Everyone needs to take this a little bit more serious because this happens to be, im my opinion, the most serious and strict battalions on the server. We need to act like it more, but saying that doesn't mean you can't have fun. As serious as we are we do have a lot of fun as well. It is important that you know the limit and know when to turn it on and off.
