A little background. I bought the Borderlands games on sale, but before that, my family library had copies of the first, pre-sequel, second, and second ru. After the purchase, all other games moved to my library except for the second part It remained in the family library (I should also note that I do not have the ru version because it is no longer in Steam).

But the problem is that I can't choose my copy of the second part (and my friends don't have all the additions). It changes to a copy of one of my friends only if I change the ru version, which I don't have. And so, simply the second part is not possible to choose either your or another version.
