When my child has reached time limit on account for that day they only get a short notification period 5 minutes and when request more time at the end of this period I get a notification about this.

However when I follow the notification or go directly to request section there is nothing there to extend or adjust my child’s time for the day.

Please can this be looked into.

At the moment I’m having to manually adjust the time to be longer for that individual day.
