This is an issue specific to atomic heart and isn't happening to me with any other games. The publisher has also enabled family sharing for this game and in the excluded list, it says the reason is - "game marked as private" even though it isn't.

Any help would be appreciated :)

maybe you need to set criteria (acceptable content) in settings
