Family Member prompted to purchase shared games
All of a sudden one family member is prompted to purchase games in a shared library. Another member still has access. I tried the revoking access method but there doesn't seem to be a way to launch the games without being directed to purchase again. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks

This same exact thing happened to us with Subnautica. It happened when nobody else was accessing the library, so under the old system it should still have worked.

What should I do if I have two accounts with different regions, because my brother lives in Kazakhstan and I live in Russia, how do I join a family?

Simple, you dont. All accounts in a family have to be in the same Steam region or they cant join the family. No exceptions.
So your brother can only join a Steam family with other accounts that are set to Kazakhstan, same for you just with Russia.
