Can there be a way so that I have a whitelist of friends that can automatically watch me broadcast whenever they want, but everyone else has to request?

I figure that when streaming it will mostly be me and some close friends and the chat will get pretty personal at times, and most of my other Steam "friends" are really just people that I played an amazing match of TF2 with once a long time ago.
