server is back

L4D2 fixed the bug preventing lobbies from matchmaking onto our group server.

I've also installed the following add-on campaigns:
- 2 Evil Eyes
- City 17
- Death Aboard 2
- Detour Ahead
- Freezer Burn

Let me know if it's broken, or if you want more add-ons installed.
