cheatengine for civ

It has come to our knowledge that some players have been using cheatengine to get an unfair advantage. SERIOUSLY WHY? Its no fun. Nothing wrong with losing.

Use it if you want but not in multiplayer. It just makes gaming with others a boring experience.
