TENTANG Sektor Gaming

Sektor Gaming is a Multi Gaming Clan founded early 2008. It was founded by Arne 'Boetn' Claerebout and started out with an Enemy Territory team in early 2009; Sektor Gaming merged with another MGC adding a few more teams and a new team manager, Gert 'Monkey' Weltens. During the next year these teams grew to be some of the most appreciated sub-pro teams in the competitive online scene. In the same year Sektor Gaming added another manager, Ryan 'Sarge' Sargeant, who was responsible for all the Counter-Strike activity that was bound to happen. Later in the year Sektor Gaming was forced to reduce its staff for personal reasons because of Gert dropping out for school and Ryan needing more time for his family. In the middle of 2010 Philip 'Milow' Stas joined the management team taking responsibility for the teams. Since then Sektor Gaming has been working on a comeback to its previous form.

SEKTOR GAMING WELCOMES NEW TF2 TEAM

The team has been under our wings for a while now, but today we can finally announce our new Team Fortress 2 team.
With the upcoming new seasons there couldn't be a better time to present you our new team.

Representing Sektor Gaming in Team Fortress in the near seasons is the former Aero team leaded by nobody less then DIEHARD.
The new line-up consists of DIEHARD, LEAD FACE, DreadOne, mortiii, Baros, sLayed, bertoman.

Statement Arne "Boetn" Claerebout, Manager Sektor Gaming: "We are glad to finally be able to add this team to our ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rosters. We have been eager to do so and with the final line-up ready it was time to do so. The team exists of a great bunch of guys who are all skilled individuals with a great team sense. We expect this team to go all the way under the lead of Latvia DIEHARD and with the full support of our management team. We would like to start with wishing them the best of luck in the upcoming tournaments."

Statement Arthur "DIEHARD" Hlibov, Captain TF2 team: "I would like to say a big thanks to Arne and Philip, for giving us chance to prove ourselves while playing for Sektor Gaming. We are really hoping to get some nice achievments, to help you with populating your wonderful organization."

You can see the team in action for the first time with the Sektor tag at the ESL TF2 6on6 League Season VI tournament. They will be playing in division 2b with the following teams:

SEKTOR GAMING PRESENTS NEW WEBSITE

Sektor Gaming is proud to present it's new website. With this new design Sektor hopes to pour a new life into the organization and dream bigger then ever before. The site is an example of the growth we are going through into making Sektor Gaming one of the bigger players out there. We are hoping to accomplish this with great enthusiasm and joy for us, the players and all the esport community members.

The site itself is in a very early beta stage, but we couldn't wait any longer to push it out there for you to enjoy. A lot of features will be added over time. As stated before the website is still in a early beta stage so it's possible to find some bugs in there. We are constantly working on improving the site and taking care of these nasty bugs. The site will be featuring the latest news from Sektor Gaming, as the latest results from the teams, the upcoming top matches, interesting interviews with players, open forums for all sorts conversations and so much more.

The release of the new website also brings some new features not related to the website itself. We decided to go global on the most used communication sites. From now on you will also find all the Sektor updates on Facebook and Twitter. You will also be able to follow us through our groups on Steam and Xfire. Also the RSS feed is back and we're planning to push more mails out there to keep everybody up to date. We also hope to see more people join us on our IRC channel #sektor (quakenet).

We here at Sektor Gaming would like to re-welcome you, or welcome you at our new website with open arms. We are always open for new ideas and initiatives. Feel free to contact us if you are willing to join this organisation or if you would like to co-operate with us in the near or more distant future.
