Get dayz noobs! I keep getting raped when fighting off a team of bandits. Let's start our team and stick together. It's currently in alpha, but the sooner you get used it, the better you'll be prepared once it's finished.

I might get it next month but i'd definitely be considered a noob to pc gaming. Finally got a PC instead of a laptop a few months ago. So i'm still dipping my toes into PC gaming and DayZ looks like it might be a little involved, is it?

It definitely is. Be prepared to spend over three hours straight per session.

As you can tell, i didn't follow through. I got the impression the game was just not very well fleshed out yet. I remember hearing about an overhaul a few months back but I don't know if it has already happened or not yet.
