New Comunity Leader and Comunity moderator

We have decided to promote Boo to be a Comunity leader of the the Blackops section of Rebel,
He's a good and old member of Rebel and has been around for a long time. I believe Reco and Booo are going to be a good team together :)

We have also decided to promote Dreamkiller to Community Moderator to replace Booo from his role.

So Congratulations to both of them.
