О Quindali Pugs

RULES

Quindali Pugs do not have gameplay or offclassing rules. Everyone who plays here is expected to use their best judgment and play to the best of their ability. Trolling or throwing is not allowed.

If Quin has to talk to you personally about something, consider it a warning that can lead to being kicked out of this group or banned at Quin's discretion.

Admins: Quindali, squid, Walrex, monsta, fx, donovin, reyylin, and froot

I. Stranger Danger Policy:
  1. do not distribute mumble or server info without permission from an admin
  2. current members who invite non-members to play may be kicked from this group if the invitee is a troll, toxic, or otherwise not following the rules or playstyle of Quindali Pugs

II. Joining the Pug:
  1. events will announce when pugs are beginning -- please enable steam notifications
  2. the first 12 people to join mumble will play, after 12 will be reserves waiting to play
  3. reserves will fill slots in the order they joined and must be in mumble to play
  4. members of this group have priority to play over non-members, even in first 12

III. Selecting Medics:
  1. if no one volunteers, medics will be chosen by raffle
  2. another player can volunteer to sub out a chosen medic after the raffle
  3. once you have played medic, you do not have to med again for the rest of the pugs that day
  4. if you are chosen to medic and refuse to play, you will be banned from playing Quindali Pugs

IV. Picking Teams:
  1. the medic who wins the midfight will choose between first or second pick
  2. the medic with first pick will choose one player
  3. after the first pick, each medic will choose two players at a time until only one remains

V. Choosing Classes:
  1. the order in which players are chosen does not impact who has priority to choose a class
  2. players may switch classes at any point in the pug EXCEPT the medic

Shout out to all the admins for keeping pugs alive in Quindali's absence. <3

Hi everyone,

I haven't been around for a while and hope you're all doing okay. I know COVID-19 is hitting some harder than others, which is why it's even more important to have a community and a fun place to relax.

I apologize for being absent and failing to communicate well with our admins -- tragicservers apparently moved my game and mumble server to new IP addresses months ago and I didn't realize. The admins thought our account was cancelled, and I didn't know pugs stopped.

I realize quite some time has passed and I'm writing to ask whether people still have interest in playing Quindali Pugs. If yes, we will set up the new game server and start hosting pugs again ASAP. If you've all moved on and don't think you'd play here anymore, then I should probably stop paying for these servers.

Please let me know your thoughts by commenting below. Miss you all.
