Frist you have to complete the Maze beneath Crimson Garden to get the "Winking Ring". Once you've got the Ring head back to the small area right above the Arena. Remember the Winking Door that wouldnt open? Guess what - the Ring opens it! There u will find a Monocle in a chest. Now Go to the Collector and buy the Tophat. With all that and lvl 26 or 27 Head to the small Bar in front of Junktown. The Guy with the Tophat will now talk to you and trade hats. After that go visit the Red Grave again and head for the Tomb on the right. There u will find W.K.'s Crane. The only thing left to do now is to summon him at the big Grave in the Center.
