New Rotation and Community Maps.

Next week I will implement a new rotation and also add two community maps to it. Arena_waste and arena_backwash are looking to be the most likely candidates.

I have been and will continue to be busy this week. Though I keep track of the server's console log and restart it when needed.

A regular map rotation will be reintroduced to the server this coming Monday or Tuesday.

I am also looking for one more popular and quality community made arena map. Feel free to make suggestions.

Actually, instead of Goldtooth, we are going with Waste and Nightshift. So, we have a total of 4 now.
