Week 42! The third week of Spooktober and our Contract Grind is in full swing! Hopefully this week finds you rejuvenated for the tasks ahead, and ready to face whatever challenges oppose you! 🎃 HAPPY SCREAM FORTRESS 2024, OUR WORLD NOW MERCENARIES! 🎃

Can you believe it's the grand time of spookiness and terror?? It's time once again for our yearly SPOOKTOBER ARTWORK CONTEST where our mercenaries whip out the pen, the paper, the digital canvas, and more to once again showcase the fright that has crossed our World now's Empire in its eternal battle with the Wizard Merasmus, the Horseless Headless Horsemann , and his cabal of evil villains to try to curse, vex and hex, the brave imperial troops of our World now. Now with the Legion knocking at the door... what will happen this year? SHOW THEM THE MIGHT OF THE EMPIRE! 🎃

For this contest, we'll be laying out a set of rules for our Halloween-theme art contest. The contest will run until SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD, 2024 @ 11:59PM EST.

▶ Design must be themed for Halloween! (Has to be spooky, creepy, or about Halloween festivities! )
▶ Design must be o.W.n Themed! (It must contain o.W.n!)
▶ Gore is permitted! (Pretty hard to make creepy spooky stuff without it!)
▶ Spooky Concepts are allowed!

It's been brought to the Rulership's attention that there are certain elements (YouTubers, clout-chasers, etc.) skulking about the Empire's sphere which are known to be affiliated with stagnant anti-o.W.n and harvesting old and toxic events warped by anti-o.W.n delusion in an effort to try to 'learn more' about our World now, and an increase in the recent reports of experienced anti-o.W.n behavior.

This is a reminder that if you are bullied, harassed, or communicated with in any way that makes you upset, or is a direct stab at your time here in o.W.n; to report this behavior (even if the other user is not in o.W.n) to an Imperial Administrator, to help document and address these concerns.

This is unfortunately not the first time when dealing with dissenting opinion, nor will it be the last, and we must - as always - stand strong in the face of opposition, lies, and utter delusional fabrications from those who would see us destroyed. We have noticed a large portion of these pools of anti-o.W.n behavior stem from YouTubers and several content creation circles gone rotten, and caution you to watch and be part of any affiliate communities at your own risk.

Ultimately, remember that the Empire has stood for SEVEN YEARS, and we have reversed the failure of the GREAT COLLAPSE OF 2014. The Rulership is looking to publish a book to chronicle the last ten (10) years of o.W.n's history so that it cannot be twisted by others in the hopes of generating drama.

In short, hold true to your traditions of o.W.n, embrace the team colors we sport, and remember LONG LIVE OUR WORLD NOW!
