You don't have to add each other to friends list to be able to play co-op you only need to start a game and click the arrow on a player in the group chat and click invite to game.

If you wanna find Co-op partners go to the public chat room.

Group Rules:
1# Don't be rude to players in the chat room.
2# Don't put up random links to stuff in the chat room.
3# Do only speak ENGLISH in chat room.

Hi,

We made a new steam group for upcoming game - Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap, since steam does not give option to change group name and this been bit inactive for years, but In 2015 we reached over 3,000 members.
