I think the biggest thing people fail to realize is that when times move forward so do other people. Companies expand, content creators move on to their own things and, people move on just like any of us would. D and Brandon leaving was sad, yes, but they moved on to their other channels but there has been content with D recently on the Node channel. Yeah it may not be the same but, with everything going on, can we really complain? Think of it this way. Let's say you were part of a group, you got your foot into the door and realized you like creating content but, want to do it on your own terms, and not someone else's. Would you do it because that's what you want or would you sit behind and stop your growth because it's what someone else wants?

damn, coming from the kid who made the node fan group before this one became official, It's hard to see something that was a big part of my early teenhood just completely dying. I think I was 12-13 when I made the fan group and of course my young self was completely ecstatic when members of NODE joined my group. I guess now being an adult and seeing it just die off hit me a bit rough. Oh well that growing up I guess lmao

I never had any ill will about the Corridor guests, but now that Brandon and D are gone, I can't watch anymore. It's just not the same. It went from being natural and fun to feeling really forced. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way given the not-insignificant decline in viewership on the channel since.

It's sad, I haven't watched a NODE video in nearly 6 months. I know that things change and not everything can last forever, so no harm no foul, but I do miss what the channel used to be. :(

After Brandon and D left, and the channel became "Corridor Crew II", it really lost its magic. It always felt like four good friends hanging out (post Freddie days, anyways). There was a magic in every episode, with the dynamic between Sam, Niko, D, and Brandon. Each and every one of them brought something unique to the table, whether it be in humor, fun, or what have you. I watched nearly every NODE video as they came out, only really skipping the super obvious brand deal promotional videos.

Node is kinda ♥♥♥♥ now. Time to binge old episodes!
