The New Day Cooperative [NDC] is a multi-game based community that began in Rust and Dayz, but has grown into Arma and similar tactical shooters and milsims.

The New Day Cooperative was founded by Octane and Ziintekh on June 4, 2014.

Our community is made up of a diverse group of individuals of varying ages including active duty military and veterans (Thank you for your service!), college students, computer engineers, and hardcore gamers!

We believe in success through organization and leadership. We have a militarized play style that utilizes squad tactics and commands. We also utilize a military ranking system to organize our clan.

Our group is governed by our rules and regulations, known as the Pillars:

1 ~ Our motto is " Don't Be A ♥♥♥♥" for a reason. Follow it.

2 ~ No profanity, racism, sexism, immaturity, or rude behavior directed at members is allowed.

3 ~ No hazing or team killing of any sort.

4 ~ Trolls and Griefing is not what we are looking for.

5 ~ Be respectful to everyone, not just high ranking officers.

6 ~ You are expected to perform actions appropriate to your rank.

7 ~ Anyone who goes against an officers decision will be dealt with appropriately.

8 ~ We are not looking for one-time players. This means if you are trying to play once or twice just for protection, don't join us.

9 ~ Discrimination based upon race, age, gender or skill is not accepted.

10 ~ Hacking, scripting, or any form of cheating/manipulation of any game is strictly prohibited.

Becoming a Member: If you're interested in becoming a member you must be 21 or older, mature, and looking for a long term group.

Joining the NDC is not for everyone, it takes time and notions of tactical discipline, as well as, a willingness to learn our way. Potential members will begin as a Recruit. For more information join our Discord or leave a message in our Steam Group Chat.

Tactical Communications (NDC Members Must Read)

First and foremost, Avoid using the pronouns, I, ME, and YOU when speaking at all times.

ABC's (Accuracy, Brevity & Clarity)

It is important to speak clearly and with specificity when identifying target and conveying important information to your peers in TS. To promote this we follow the ABC's.

Accuracy - Be Specific about Target or Information.

Brevity - Be Brief or Concise to the best of your ability. The longer it takes to convey important info, the longer it takes your peers to respond and react.

Clarity - Be clear when describing the details of the target. Poor clarity examples: "Over There" or "Behind that Hill".

GIVE EXAMPLES: If you and your squad have a hostile in front of you in the direction you are moving, "Contact front," is the proper communication (follow w/ 3 D's as stated below).

The Three D's (Distance, Direction & Description)

Distance - Be as specific as possible to the distance a target is from your general location.

Direction - Use Cardinal directions or heading/bearing if you have access to a compass.

Description - Type of enemy, target, what he is wearing/weapon using. What he is wearing if a class or faction is not relevant.

GIVE EXAMPLES: Consistently Correct and reinforce this method. When someone says, "I have an enemy" or Contact, Contact!" You have to be the calm person who replies "Distance, Direction, Description?

All members and those who wish to join, please review the "Pillars."

The Pillars:

Our rules are known as, “The Pillars.” We believe The Pillars set a strong foundation for a healthy, strong, and growing clan. As you read these try and determine whether you will be able to follow them, as adherence to The Pillars is necessary to earning the privilege of becoming an NDC member.

Interested In Becoming A Member:

Feel free to reach out to one of our officers in game or ask any NDC member for information. The process begins with recruit initiation, where a new recruit meets with a recruiting officer to go over the general clan rules and go over any questions the recruit may have. Next the recruit is introduced to the NDC branch he/she is interested in (Branch = game you play, Arma, Dayz, etc.). The recruit then participates in gameplay with other NDC members. The recruit is also required to participate in a number of weekly NDC meetings prior to becoming a member of NDC and earning the rank of private.

Great Raid Night and thanks to all that participated! We ended the night w/ 20+ kills and 1 death. Overall great comms and team building, as we completed all objectives. Keep an eye for updates as we’re adding a second Raid Night each month.
