The Egyptian Government would like to offer a Visa free pass for all Indian Born citizens, so that they may migrate to Egypt. This will be perminant during the whole crisis, however we do request that the Indian Government only allow the sterlizations to be volunteer only so that people have the freedom to choose.

If Egypt wishes for Indian citizens, then Egypt may invite them.

Egypt comdemns the way India attempts to tackle it's crisis, forced sterilisation should not be a way to deal with over-population. Egypt would suggest a more liberial and socialist way of giving a incentive to immigrate to different countries, or perhaps shared Visa applications with other countries so that people can immigrate quickly, instead of forcing familie lines to be cutt off due to a intelligence threshold - which I would say needed to be lowered due to the poor education system of the country throughout India's history.
