This past week has been chock FULL of goals met! I’m so excited right now!

1. TreatStream
I applied to TreatStream when we were about 25 followers from 2k. They must have taken pity, because they accepted! And on March 13th, 2016…WE GOT OUR FIRST TREAT! Thanks to viewer Heitonic, I enjoyed a delicious meal of chow mien, scallops in garlic sauce, and beef soup. We also tried out the Date Night scene – admittedly, I need to redo it so it’s more date-like.

2. 2,000 Followers
We made it! I’m thinking about doing something special for a 2.5k goal – we’ll see. For right now, I might have a special guest come back to the stream and do a late celebration of hitting 2k. More info to follow.

3. Co-Op Drunk Souls with MrsBadExample
MrsBadExample[www.twitch.tv] and I continue to have a blast in Dark Souls every other weekend! Make sure to check Twitter and the Events tab for the next scheduled Drunk Souls.

4. Wine and Ross Stream
We met our donations goal and already had our first monthly Wine&Ross in February. These will continue to be once a month, just keep an eye out for when I schedule them. I’m thinking they might be towards the end of each month.

5. Joined Team: THE BUZZ
DancingFighter invited us to The Buzz! We’re part of a TEAM now guise! <3

6. Dark Souls 3
Also reached our donation goal for DkS3. It has been purchased. My body is ready.

Hello Mudkins!

I don’t know about you, but I’m thoroughly enjoying my first play through of Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin. The game feels much smoother than the original, and it looks oh-so-pretty. I can see why a lot of people say this game is easier. It feels like it, but I’m not complaining. I might actually finish this game. Anyway, here are a few things to look forward to:

1. Dark Souls 3
Yes. If I complete Dark Souls 2, I will continue on with Dark Souls 3 when it releases.

2. Co-Op Drunk Souls with MrsBadExample
Recently, MrsBadExample (Aka ‘Bee’, and you should go follow her if you haven’t[www.twitch.tv]) convinced me to reinstall Dark Souls and attempt to finish the game. The teaser? She promised she would co-op, and we could get trashed off wine. These streams will be once every other weekend, as my schedule allows. We’ll post dual stream links prior to streaming, so you can watch both of us ladies get hammer-shmammered at the same time.

3. Wine and Ross Stream
I’m still working toward that donation goal! Once we hit it, I’ll purchase what I need and do once a month Creative broadcasts. Featuring me trying to paint while intoxicated.

Mudkins!

Hopefully you all won’t be too pissed, but I’m deciding to take the stream in a semi-new direction. This direction - > Dark Souls 2.

But wait, Meo you HATED the first game!
Although I didn’t finish the first Dark Souls, I did enjoy the game. And by enjoy, I meant it was a complicated love/hate relationship that I’m sure every Dark Souls player comes to know. The reason I stopped streaming the game was because I didn’t enjoy the majority of the viewers I received. However, now I’m a little more prepared to deal with trolls, backseat gamers, and general ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And I’m told the majority of the community is actually really supportive and fun, so we’ll see.

What does this mean for MMO’s, spooky games, and emotional rollercoasters?
It means that for a while, I won’t be broadcasting them. If you added me on Bnet and still want to play World of Warcraft with me while my subscription is active, feel free to hit me up!

Why the change?
Bring it in guys because I’m gonna get real with you. My LIFE GOAL is to be partnered with TreatStream. And to do this, I need about 400 more follows to even apply. We need to grow our little community just a smidge, and staying a variety stream is not going to slice the pizza. I needed a game I knew I could enjoy, set goals for, and continue to play (because let’s be honest, it’ll take me about six months to finish a first playthrough). As well as a community that didn’t consist mainly of twelve year olds.

What happens if you get partnered with TreatStream?
Then we ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ eat pizza. We’ll figure out the rest if/when we get there.

What about Creative streams?
Oh, that will still happen. Those will definitely still happen.

When is this happening?
Starting my next weekend off, January 14th.

Hello mudkins! Welcome to 2016!

Just a quick update on the stream.

1. PS4 Streaming
Alright, it's been three months since I've had a PS4. And no luck with capture cards and using them properly. I think my expectation was that there would be zero lag between my voice commentary and the game - which isn't true. Apparently there will always be a lag between what happens in game, and my reaction on camera. I'm pretty upset with this, as it pushes me to my only other option - streaming from the PS4. I'll just have to deal with all of you seeing my bed, or stream without a camera. Either way, Last of Us and Until Dawn are on the list.

2. Twitter
You should all know by now that I'm not very great at social medias. (Other than my own personal Facebook and Instagram.) But last month I made a promise to stream at least three times a week (one night, two mornings), and I think I made good on that promise. So this month I'm going to try and use Twitter more. Like actually announcing broadcast dates and ♥♥♥♥. I hear that's a thing. And maybe #selfies. Who knows.

2. Creative Streams aka 'Wine and Ross'
I think my first dabble into oil paints and Bob Ross went well - minus the accelerated rate at which I became intoxicated. The next donation goal is set for 125.00 - which includes a small easel, oil paints, canvas, the ♥♥♥♥ I use to clean the brushes, and some brushes. This way I can give all my friends stuff back, and every painting stream after would only require a new canvas. And a smaller bottle of wine. That I'll drink slowly.
