Men of War is Project Reality Clan that is formed to spend quality time together with the essence of Teamplay and Teamwork. Our clan is a very dedicated PR Clan. Our members all know when to have fun and when to get serious.

This clan especially likes Roleplaying in Project Reality as well as sacrificing itself for the team. We love playing Insurgency but play anything that is in Project Reality. If you want to play with like minded players this is the right place for you.

Project Reality 1.0 Release Day's Greatest Round. Part 2.

It was ours but the battle was not won yet.

A great defence effort started at that moment. We started firing in all directions the building could see and we effectively. It was all epic from there on. Enemy snipers trying to take us out. Movement on our west. The Transport helicopters dropped supply crates seeing our ammo situation was very dire.

One of the other squads attacked the mosque and could make the flag get white and bought us a little of defensive time. While we were defending and were going were successfuly. Our APC squad decided to leave. Which left us without the much needed APC support. This also gave an advantage to the enemy teams APC squad.

While were defensively holding our building one of the enemy MTLB's came up and started wrecking havoc on to our squad. We lost 6 members and the two who were alive were me and Deltasays. We tried out best to get the squad up and i just had reloaded my rifleman anti tank when the enemy BTR came to our position.

I ended up blasting my AT 4 on the side armour of the enemy BTR 60. Which blew it up completely. Thus getting us some time to get our squad back up. We eventually could revive 3 other squad members but the rest were dead.

I moved 2 of my members north to set up a rally point so the dead squad members could join us in the battle. Once that was done we got back to the building where we saw that we had 20 tickets left. We were all sitting and awaiting the game to end while maintaning our defensive stance on the flag.

Suddenly the MTLB struck again and killed most of our squad. At that moment i told my brothers of war that i was a great round and i had enjoyed it. So while i was awaiting the loss of Muttrah as an American Squad Leader i saw the end ticket score.

It was

5-0

and we had lost by a very slight ticket count. Yet i will never forget how greatly we had fought and held our ground once we pushed.

Project Reality 1.0 Release Day's Greatest Round. Part 1.

I have to say all this time was really worth the wait really. We saw Project Reality shape from barely a mini mod to the giant of a mod it is now. We can't even call it a mod anymore. Its more of a game now.

After these 10 hours of PR gaming i really felt inclined to write an AAR of the best round of today. Which of course was our Muttrah round where we won the best squad award of the whole USMC team.

Starting off our squad with our clan members SüleymanAbi, Codablack, Deltasays and me i was hopeful of a great round. 2 great guys joined us one was called Lotomo something and the other one Syeir or something similar. They were awesome squad members and i thank them from here for joining us on that round!

We all got on a boat after a small organisational issue to make our way to the shores of the city of Muttrah. While i was on the way i had the thought of landing in the West City Center and while these thoughts were running through my head a rocket whizzed pass and hit the water right on our left back which left us in great shock.

Swiftly turning right i ordered the whole squad to shoot on the fortress while we made our landing at the docks. My first thought was making a forward outpost which took sometime to get up. When that was done i moved my squad towards North City and on the way we were in an opening close to the east side of Hotel where we got ambushed by an MG3 and a squad far away in West City.

I saw my squad die and taking cover at the same time. We nearly all died but due to my and my squads great efforts we all got back up and regrouped. It was crazy. The APC also got us a perfect timeframe to get back up but while i was regrouping the squad we couldn't actively cover our AAV and we sadly lost it to a direct rocket hit. I took the whole squad to the north and then in to the north side of North City.

When we were in the city my first thought as an SL was to set up a FOB asap to make sure reinforcements come in to the city smoothly and quickly. I requested a second crate and at the moment it landed a friendly squad started building our FOB at the Hotel and Jamoose joined us at that point. We quickly regrouped and made our way south in the alleys and finally in the strong T Shape building right on the North City flag.

Around 30 minutes of our game time got spent in that T Shape holding, defending and fighting off the enemy attacks. We luckily held and took out several enemy APC's and infantry that was moving in from Gas Station. After the long time we spent there i talked to the other Squad Leaders about attacking and pushing in to West City.

The Positive response made me want to take the initiative. In a great move forward i motivated our squad and got close to the walls of West Ciy. We moved in and held there but through fear of grenades i pulled the squad little behind the wall. Sadly an enemy APC came in and shot all of our squad members except Deltasays. Our Rambo.

So Deltasays in a heroic act gets everyone up which was deemed not so possible when he was the only one alive out of 8 people. Once we all got up we moved back in tot he alley. I just wanted to strike in to the enemy flag and take it. We had to do it. We were americans after all. I ordered smoke grenaded to be popped up and everyone threw smoke grenades from the alley to the street on the otherside.

So it was all destiny now. While the street was being smoked i told the squad what we would do. Literally a crazy move that could have won us a game. Once the smoke fills up we will sprint through to the T Shape building. Hold for my mark and we will run through it and move in.

It was time. I called the attack screaming and running with my gun out. It was one of those epic moments i had in PR. Out in the open charging with a full squad right in to the enemy flag or even a possibly enemy filled building. We ran across safely and got in the first floor. Combat started and we took out the MEC infantry fireteam in the building.

It was ours!
