Last Stand update

Hi guys,

After a few years, I decided to update the campaign with Last Stand stuff. Added weapon skin variations and came back with L4D1 zombies. There is also more variety in arsenal distribution, rotating between sitting and wandering witches, etc. I also took the opportunity to correct some remaining problems. See the details in the changelog.

I fixed breakable doors on train and versus finale score bug. I'm just giving more time to receive more feedback from community before release a new version, one more month maybe. Seeya!
