Welcome to Rocket League Fair Play!

If you are new to the group, thanks for coming along - we hope you’re as glad to be here as we are to have you here.

Fair Play is kind of a Rocket League family – over the last year we’ve grown into a small group of casual players who play games with one another on occasion, had an event or two, and in general just enjoyed the atmosphere and the good chat. We’re now at a point where we would like to do more for our members – we have always treated our own very well, but some ideas to make the group better were only visions. Glady, there is more help on the way to realize some good things.

The group’s philosophy has always been centred around the members – a community can’t be any better than the members it contains, and so it’s up to every single member to make Fair Play a really great place that everyone is hoping for when they join! We enjoy the chat, play some great games together, have fun events and hopefully make some friends along the way, so that’s what we all should aim to encourage.

While we will always keep our Steam page updated with the latest news, events and the like - there’s nothing that compares to live chat for arranging of quick games or events (we also have a bot or two that are pretty cool). If you’re interested, just message one of the Steam group’s admins and ask for an invite link. :)

Only 3 more days until the madness begins!
Here's an update.

We have updated the ruleset - it's much more relaxed basically.
MAJOR NOTE:
Only ONE of the team has to be a member of Fair Play, so feel free to invite a friend to be your partner!

Also, the deadline for getting your team submitted has been extended to all the way to 3pm on Saturday (3hrs before the tournament starts).

I will be on the Steam group chat and Discord all day on Saturday, so if you have any extra questions, I will be there to answer all of them.

Myself and flamebstrd have been busy preparing the Stream - got some cool graphics and transitions to use, should be fun.

Lastly, but definitely not least... PRIZE UPDATE!
While we still maintain that this is just for a laugh, we actually have a decent prize pool forming :o

On the sign up form, there are links to donate directly through paypal into a monetary prize pool - currently not much in there but it shall be advertised throughout the Stream.

We've had donations from various members to create the current prize pool as follows...
1st place: EUR 5 Steam wallet codes each
2nd place: DLC car (1,99 each) of their choice + a key, each
3rd place: 2 keys, each

If instead of PayPal you wish to contribute keys or random rare items to give out as awards (think 'best save' or 'luckiest goal' prizes), let me know please! I'll keep track of them, and if any don't get handed out, they will be returned.

That's right - we are doing a 2v2 Hoops tournament!
SATURDAY 4th March at 6pm GMT (london time).

Group is definitely not dead, we just use Discord to talk with one another

I'd link you to it but the server itself doesn't let me as I'm just a member; try adding Grandy and asking him, as an admin he can likely link you to the discord server
