Welcome to Jiggles and Giggles!

So, there's the fact we've got a lot of games to choose from. Thousands. Possibly millions, but none of us can count that far yet. Unfortunately, with this huge range of games to select from, some are going to go unnoticed and unloved. They're going to be stuck in their corners gathering dust until someone clears the cobwebs. Most of us here like both popular games and underrated ones. So we talked about making a curator group focusing on honest reviews as we see it, for games we think need it, with reviews not given under pressure or obligation. We have made it our mission to spread the love of lesser known games, as well as obvious gems – delivering a little bit less of the fake and fluffy stuff for games that don't deserve it. If we don't like something, you can bet we'll say it.

So, at the super-top-secret headquarters of Jiggles & Giggles, we're focusing on providing honest recommendations for games that deserve attention – as well as warning your wallets to stay away from potential stinkers/disasters.

We'll document our gaming experiences for your convenience and reading pleasure, as well as keep you in the loop with journalistic headlines and new releases you should keep an eye out for.

If your mind has not yet been blown, you'd best prepare your booty, because it's time to get JiGi with it!

Summer is drawing to a close. For some of us it disappears too fast, for others, it couldn't go fast enough. Some of us struggle to tolerate heat whilst others miss the warmth when it heads towards winter.

But at least we have some great releases out to cope with the next season, such as the new WoW expansion, juicy new game releases and DLCS, the upcoming Pokémon Sun and Moon (though you could swear they're running out of ideas to make them look cool) and a fresh new batch of superhero films to keep us sated. Or more horror films, if that's more your genre.

Either way, plenty of things out there! Just make sure you're dressed appropiately for the season. :D

With the advance of the technological world, downloading sites, streaming sites for movies and films, some things have been on the decline. Less and less people are investing into buying DVDs, nowadays, the same as when VHS fizzled out into a retro memory. This means local business shops that focus on movies, on rentals, and DVDs, have been disappearing slowly off the streets.

I find that a shame -- I remember the highlight of my week would be going to the rental shop to pick a movie with my family or with friends. So, gradually seeing these stores close down and move makes you realize how much of an advance the internet world is making, to impact what used to be weekend pastimes -- since people can seize or stream what they feel interested in. We are gorged on the choices that there is offered with the internet.

Seems to be both a good and a bad thing.

With the introduction of online, downloadable games as well, the same issue has been happening to traditional game shops -- which popped up strongly in the 1990s, but is also fading out with their selection in this day and age.

Who knows what might be next to change?
