DO NOT BUY FROM UK-GS/XEONPLAY

Well if people didn't know UK-GS is dead and is now Xeonplay. I will explain exactly why the name of the company changed.

Basically the owner of UK-GS (known in steam as UK-GS.com now Xeonplay.com or avizeke) was closed down by a company called killercreation for copyright. See the similarities of both sites if you don't believe me.

Anyway once xeonplay was formed he, the owner failed to inform there customers of the change (highly illegal) and when questioned up on why they moved he claimed (there was a new owner of UK-GS and they renamed it) or something along them lines. (again highly illegal)

Anyway one of my community members asked for a "chamber of commerse number" which xeonplay.com replied back say they don't have to provide any information they don't want. (Automatically breaking the law once again because he should of provided that information no matter what.) Then to add to it I later find out he is not even registered as a business and is running 100% illegally.

Once I found the above information I advised a customer with xeonplay to ask for a refund and he told her no which then resulted in him turning her servers off with still 2 months service left which is highly illegal as once again he has breached his own contract (not that it stood anyway).Then a conversation just took place with another customer which I have loggs for. (Ask for a copy of chat logg)

Then we find out that he doesn't even own the rights to XeonPlay and the original owner is in the process of closing him down as well.

Well, purchase a server at your own risks because nothing he is doing is actually legal and it could mean he "STEALS" your money just as he did to a customer already.
